As a division of Pike Medical Consultants, Expedite Walk-In Clinic is an immediate care clinic located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. Our staff is highly trained and experienced to meet your urgent care needs. You may have noticed or even visited immediate care walk-in clinics in pharmacies, grocery stores, or around the city. These clinics provide individuals with quick access to care for the most basic health concerns. But the initial fee for a patient to be seen at one of these immediate care facilities is often costly for the uninsured, not to mention extra fees. Expedite Walk-In Clinic is challenging the norm by charging almost half of what some of our urgent care competitors charge, while providing the highest quality of service available.

Expedite Walk-In Clinic can treat all of your immediate care needs. As an urgent care clinic we are able to take care of cuts and burns, seasonal issues like allergies or the flu, and even accidents that need minor surgical procedures. With a Board Certified Physician serving as director (Dr. Luke G. Nelligan), a Nurse Practitioner overseeing clinical operations (JohnAllen Schmitt, FNP-C), and a qualified staff to support them, Expedite Walk-In Clinic truly is the place to go when you need immediate care–whether you are insured or not.

Founded by Dr. James D. Pike in 2008 as a division of Pike Medical Consultants, Expedite Walk-In Clinic is now located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis near West 86th street and I-465 (behind the Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital). Hours for our urgent care clinic are 12 pm – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. If you would like to schedule an appointment, time slots are available between 8:30am and noon. Come in and see us today!!

If you are visiting us for the first time, we’d like to say ‘Welcome!’ The idea for Expedite grew out of the early evolution of retail acute care clinics across the United States in 2006. The staff of Pike Medical Consultants, headed by Dr. James D Pike, have offered quality perioperative, pulmonary, and hospitalist care since 2007. Over time and through trial and error, the idea for Expedite has developed and we feel very excited about the opportunities that lay ahead. Expedite is our venture into Acute Care and Wellness services for organizations and individuals.
